I love going to the art museum. They have a large area of various time periods of art. I went here for a Mother's Day event and brunch. There is a restaurant there that is wonderful. The setting is beautiful. They had a piano playing throughout. I would love to go here and just sit and look at the art pieces all day.

The Dayton Art Institute offers permanent exhibits and interactive areas for children but also hosts traveling exhibits. Two coming up are on Egypt and Princess Diana. The annual fall Oktoberfest is a fun experience for people of all ages. Jazz concerts are also offered at other times. Membership prices are reasonable for what all you get.
