Courtney is the best colorist and stylist there. I highly recommend her. We discussed a different hair cut and she suggested a solution and looks great. Thanks for the good work! I already made my 6 week follow up appointment!

I went in for a gloss, cut and style. I asked for a simple bob no bangs. I just spent the last 5 months growing them out from the last "stylist" who cut them. I was going from long hair to short and it was as if they were afraid to cut my hair, this was obviously a clear indication of incompetence. I should have left the situation. I like people and I will give most anyone a chance being judgemental is a poor quality. Wrong. I love the "stylist" trick of pulling out mistakes with a hot iron only to be discovered by the patron after your first wash. My hair was not glossy and took an hour and forty five minutes for her to officially destroy my hair for the next however long it takes to grow out of 1992. Never go back to have it "fixed". my hair is worse than the first f#ck up. To much blahblahblah on and on(as if i care) and not enough listening to what I wanted. And if I want to see your tattoos I will ask please do not force them on me. I would also recommend stepping off your high horse the styles offered here are years behind and poorly executed in resembling the originals. I have friends covered in tattoos with more class and versatile talent than one might find in this establishment. I`m guessing the first time I had gone in tipping well enough to invoke positive incentive was confused with weakness since I was treated so poorly on the second visit treated with no extra amenities(such as head massage and complimentary facial) everyone else seemed to be enjoying. I would not recommend this salon to my neighbors dog. I spend quite a bit of money on salon services and products. I also have a strong belief in rewarding those who provide excellent service with grand generosity. Your loss Square One. No stars bitches.

I have been wearing my hair in a ponytail ever since getting my hair cut at Square One two weeks ago. The stylist did such a poor job that I am not even willing to go back there to have it corrected. I am just waiting it out until I can get in at another salon. I have a very simple haircut, long and layered, and she did not even cut it evenly. Thanks to a lot of product and a straightening iron, it looked ok when I left the salon, but it is actually shaggy and uneven. I would feel better about it had a student cut my hair, but this was a $50 haircut by a supposed master stylist. This experience left me never wanting to go back there again, and I do not recommend it to anyone due to the high cost and apparent lack of talent.

This place is great!! Very professional and trendy. They massaged my head when they washed my hair, it sounds strange but it felt so relaxing!!!

This is a very well run salon. I go to the Centerville salon. Clean, service is prompt & I always get complements on my hair. The one time I had a problem it was resolved to my satisfaction with no trouble
